We had an absolutely lovely time during our romantic escape! The hotel's pristine cleanliness and cozy atmosphere made us feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, and the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. We also appreciated the convenient location near skiing areas and parking spaces right at the hotel.
The dinner wasn't up to our standards. The limited quantity and varying quality of the dishes left us feeling underwhelmed.

Nothing good
We didn't like a location - too much far away from Kitzbuhel. And ski bus doesn't go to Kitzbuhel, just to Brixton. Also we could't find the man from reception - he all time doesn't work. In the room was very cold.

nice family run hotel with comfortable rooms. enough parking space available. very friendly owners
paying with credit card was not accepted and a little more variety at breakfast would have been good (breakfast was nonetheless very good!)

We had an enjoyable stay in this hotel located in a picturesque valley. Skiing was accessible through the free ski bus that stops in front of the hotel. the public area was cozy with fast Wi-Fi, and we loved the convenience of traveling by train from Munich airport. Our room had a comfortable bed, clean bathroom and a beautiful view. the breakfast had a good selection, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
We found a minor issue with slow service during the half-board dinner.

Nice clean hotel. The room was spacious and my 2 young kids had no problem sleeping on the sofa bed. There is also a kids playroom near the bar/restaurant, which was a nice distraction for our kids. The staff was friendly and helpful when we discovered we didn't have enough bedding. The highlight of our stay was the restaurant downstairs. Great food and great service - the breakfast was just as delicious as the dinner we had the night before. I would recommend this place any time as a destination for a long weekend or ski week.
Not necessarily close to the ski lifts - but only a couple minutes to drive. Not that big of a deal.

I recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel in Austria's best ski resort, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The hotel is located in a stunning location, with breathtaking views down the valley to Kirchberg and the surrounding mountains. The rooms were incredibly spacious, clean, and comfortable, and even had a pleasant balcony to enjoy the beautiful scenery. The staff at this place were extremely friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. From providing extra bedding to offering us the use of the relaxation center, their attention to detail was truly exceptional.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay in a prime location. The level of service and quality of amenities offered at this venue are truly outstanding.

Very friendly staff (for the english speaking ones) Very good food!
Extremely long wait to get served at dinner.took us 2h45 to get starter main and dessert!! Some people waited even more. One person from the staff didn't speak english at breakfast to order something from the menu, and she Never came back either with someone speaking english or some basic translations, so we never got served our hot dish. There still was the cold buffet but we found her attitude a little bit rude...

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. Parking was also convenient and I didn't have to worry about finding a spot. It was easy to get around as the ski bus stopped right outside the hotel, and the location was perfect for me as it was just a short 5 minute ride to the lift. Additionally, the breakfast offered a variety of options including breads, fruits, and warm dishes, ensuring a healthy start to my day.
Nothing to mention.
